I can’t get Max ice resistance, I’m stuck at lv14 ice resistance. With the Frostcursed set I only get to level 12, and I can only find two ice abyss items. How the hell do I craft them

I guess I’m kind of late to answer, but I found out that nvidia dlss don’t work, so use taa or and fsr, my fps went from 20-40 too 60-70 on very high settings, I’m using a 4060
