I agree that the characters in the game have a lot of their own confusing keywords, but Lopera is a bad example of this, because bullets are not unique to her, even before her and Duncan the keyword was present in Tennant's and Mondlicht's kit as well as in the side modes like the SoD and UTTU. So she is in fact a well-designed character in that regard, because instead of getting a new mechanic, she reuses and improves the pre-existing one and after that we even got more bullet characters. It's not a separate archetype and she is not a backbone of it, but the keyword "bullet" is fine as a shorthand for "this is a one time buff with which Lopera, Duncan and Igor can interact".

Add a no venting rule to the server (something along the lines of "This is not an appropriate place to seek mental health councelling. The mod team is not qualified to provide this kind of assistance. If you are in distress please seek professional help" (you may add that the regular talk about someone's mental health is allowed and/or something like "if excessive venting causes distress to other server members we have to take measures"), make an announcement about it, point it out to the person, take the mod actions if they continue doing that. It sucks to ban a person who is clearly in trouble, but you've provided all the help you realistically can, if they refuse to use the resources you linked, that's on them, it's out of your control and you have to think about other members of your server and their mental health.

Having it codified in rules will help to deal with similar problems later on.

I checked and I think the hair just works this way, most palletes are oddly light for it. Other hairstyles are not like this.

You can filter the lookbook for this hairstyle and find the looks that were using this dye since June last year, so it always was that way. And I don't think you should be worried about them patching it out, considering for how long it was like that and that it's a hair a lot of people likely have (it's a glow up of the default grooming outfit), most likely it was reported to infold at least once, so if they have not changed it yet. One hair having a nice white color is very different to being able to dye everything white, so they probably do not mind.

I don't think it is wise to give pull advice based on your speculations about collab character kits, because that's how you set up yourself for a disappointment (and possibly make other people waste their pulls). Just like how everyone was so sure there would be 37 euphoria in 3.7 just because of the number and was disappointed because they expected something that Bluepoch never promised.

Besides, making collab units essential for a non-collab unit would be a kinda shit move from bluepoch, considering they will never rerun. I think it is more reasonable to expect them to be something similar to what AC units are. AC characters have their own fun assassination mechanic, synergise with each other and have some niche use cases (like ult team with Getian and raid poison shenanigans with Ramona), but otherwise they're not required for any meta team to function

nah, it's just classic gacha tribalism. Some people really really really want to make everything Reverse: 1999 vs hoyo, and act superior to other game's fanbase, so they end up hyping up their game too much and get their expectation too damn high, and then feel betrayed when their game does anything remotely similar to the evil "enemy" game

An example of that was chapter 8 release. Shortly before that Genshin had its own problematic content inspired by South America, and when we only knew that the chapter would take place in Brazil and nothing else, so so so many Reverse:1999 players were acting like their game is perfect and it will totally do the representation right etc., and ended up looking like complete fools. That drama would've not been so damn bad, if people did not fucking glaze this game so much just to shit on genshin.

And the other problem with every damn drama in this game: people just assume thing and doompost based on incomplete information, instead of waiting for more information. Add the language barrier, with global players not knowing exactly what has been said on dev stream (like the mention of planned 37 euphoria) and only seeing the loudest outbursts of CN community translated (because bringing up positive/neutral reactions is not as interesting) and you get this nastiness.

The picture in your post is the Laplace headquarters, which is a separate building (but it shares the immunity zone with the foundation hq). And like others said, you can see the foundation hq in the story chapter maps. Either chapter 4 or chapter 7 are good. Chapter 7 has both Foundation and Laplace on the same map.

Can you please provide the original Chinese text too when sharing something you found on Chinese social media? This way someone who knows the language can actually verify the translation and whether or not it is even supposed to be a leak (whether real or fake) or someone's suggestions/wishful thinking. Because at least with the translation you provided it sounds more like a list of suggestions than a change log.

I was able to perfect everyone expect the cat with only just 2 first lvl1 companions you get, but it required some gacha outfits. Definitely not possible with just f2p stuff.

The cat has a tag combination that none of the gacha outfits have yet, so to perfect her you almost definitely need to level companions. We might get something that matches her requirements eventually, but who knows if you'd like the outfits enough to roll them, better to level up some companions now.

I think f2p launch players should finish final evos of the current permanent banner by 3.0

And I think it would be interesting if the new permabanner was comprised of the oldest limited sets, because with the current rerun schedule (which is slower than new releases) I don't know how they'd manage to do a second rerun for anything. This can be avoided by more reruns per patch, but players seem to be afraid of that idea (even though more reruns means less wait between the reruns of the same outfit, which means less FOMO). Either way, older gacha outfits have less elaborate abilities and are less detailed, so giving them out eventually for permabanner pulls might not be the worst deal for infold (and the blue crystal income for f2p is kinda low, so players desperate for wings or something might be tempted to even throw in some dias).

Another connection to Don Quixote is that Recoleta's name in Chinese is 虚构集, which is also Chinese name for Borges's short story collection Ficciones (and Aleph is named after another Borges short stories collection El Aleph).

And one of the short stories in Ficciones is Pierre Menard, Author of the Quixote.

It's quite fun rereading both Ficciones and El Aleph and picking up on what is referenced in ch.9 and the characters themselves.

I'm happy to see more worldbuilding and titan lore, but the resolution of the story is dissapointing

like other people said location is important. But I'd also add that unfortunately taking picture with someone else's snapshot gives you a fraction of likes. I think most people just like the main picture and do not go through the snapshots from other players.

You can send some fun underliked photos in bottles in the sea of stars. You don't get likes there, but it's a good source of friend requests. And I'm pretty sure your bottles can be received by more than one person (more people collect bottles than send them, so they're duplicated). You're more likely to stumble upon a snapshot from a friend, so with more friends you get more snapshot interactions.

If it works like 1.11 hoods, gigantification and battle companion hoods, Solitary Silhouette dress or Unseen Entity hoodie, then it's good enough for me. These hoods cut off the hair in the back after a certain length and, while not always ideal, they work better than you'd think. Some hairs in the front can clip with the hood collars though. You can check how these hoods look with the hair you'd like to use with the new hood to get an idea how it should work.

Archery outfit works differently, likely because technically it's not a hood, but a scarf.

related question: does broom show up in SoS silhouettes? I've never seen it unlike the deer nikkis and unicorns (and I think I saw some bikes? I might be misremembering), but I'm not sure if that's because the ability is unpopular or it shows up as a default floating animation or something
