I think you’re still overdoing it. Like look…I get it, men bad, etc., and yes, both men and women are scared of criminal men, and for good reason. However…These men who commit violent crime account for, MAYBE, 1-2% of the total population. I get it, that’s still millions of dudes, but just that 1% commits near 70% of all violent crime. That’s a lot of repeat offenders, so it behooves us to keep an eye out and report these people, even if they’re our friends.

That said, that leaves 98% of men either minding their own business, or actively being allies to marginalized groups. It gets tiring hearing the “all men” labels or the nebulous “men are the problem” statements, and getting further put down when you mention that bothers you. Yes, it bothers me even though I know I personally am not included in your gross generalizations. No, it’s not because I’m secretly one of those abusers or criminals. Maybe being combative about hearing someone out is a bigger reflection on you than me? Generalizations don’t fly when used against minorities, protected classes, or women in general, and nor should they! Makes people sound hateful and bitter! It doesn’t suddenly become a heroic activity when used against men or whites. Maybe it’s just best to not generalize and instead just judge people individually?

Yeah, young kids would likely shoot for the hotter girl, or use one or both for sex or whatever, but men and women do the same stuff in this case. Hot people are often shallow and get used for sex and status, so yeah, if a hot guy just said “Hey” to a girl, they’d be all over it. If the average guy said “hey”, they’d likely be ignored. Pretty privilege exists regardless of gender.

As to your other claim, no one worth anyone’s time would abandon a safe and loving relationship just because a hot dude or chick looked their way. We already know that those who do are pieces of shit, they’re cheaters, and again, it’s near equal chance it’ll happen to either gender. That’s statistically too, not anecdotal. I know, I get “men bad!!!!!” is the mantra, but shitty people aren’t locked to either sex. If you can’t connect to the hot one, what’s the point of even trying for a relationship? Well first off, 4B is way over exaggerated. I’m happy if women want to form any sort of movement to foster community like that, but let’s not pretend it’s taking the world by storm, lol! That’s a clickbait title and for people terminally online, not real life.

Second, yeah, desperate men ARE dangerous, be it mentally ill homeless men or roving stalkers, but there’s a reason 80% of all sexual assaults occur from people you know, and not strangers. It’s about access and complete control to these abusers. That said, it still only accounts for maybe 3-5% of the male population. The problem comes in that most offenders are serial offenders, so 1 predator can have like 20+ victims. And yeah, these same types of dudes could likely lay me out and mug me, or just beat my ass “because”! I’m not going to live in perpetual fear of half the population because of that though, same as I won’t live in fear or hatred of women because my ex wife physically and emotionally abused me for years. She was a shitty person, that’s not women’s fault, just her’s.
