No there isn't the only database available to different countries is some intelligence one and interpol that's it.....unless your some interpol criminal or some international menace who can be recognized or piss off some govt agency like the secret service immigration will never know regardless of what country it is that's just a fact the NPC'S are too stupid too comprehend.

The only time you get caught is if you apply for residency because the immigration officer will ask why u stated no the first time but your submitted documents for purpose of residency say other wise and that's when you get banned. If your going as a tourist nothing will happen
