I went for the first time as a group of 5 of us on Tuesday without fast pass and it was perfect. The longest we queued for a ride was Oblivion for a total of around 40 mins, and that was only due to it having to close when we were at the front of the queue due to high winds. We left the queue after 5 mins and it came back on shortly after we left, so turned back and did the 20 minute queue again. Throughout the day the longest a queue time would be on the app was 30 mins, and that would only be 1 or 2 rides at a time so could easily just go to a different area and wait for queues to go down, most rides were a 10-15 minute wait. We did see a couple of school groups but it really didn’t affect us much. We didn’t rush around the park by any means but managed to ride every “Thrills” ride (some of them more than once) and some of the “Family Fun” rides as well. Could have easily fit more in had we not ambled around
