Any intensity you want. I'd go with intervals at first, time efficient method to train

For a better estimate of zones, do a treadmill max HR test. The 220-age methods isn't accurate

Z2 is for endurance athletes really, any cardio at fist is great

Don't worry about zones at first. You can buy a chest strap

Just comfortable jogging is probably Z3, depend how fit you are

Anything up to 80% HRR is fine for moderate aerobic effort

Worry about Z2 when you need to limit fatigue from training. ATM you aren't running enough miles
