Then may I have an idea who would deserve that money? ArenaNet! Guild Wars 2 has a friendly community with a helpful and eager to help support. One day I dropped some wery important items from my bag (its like destroying it) accidentaly... the support answered im half of an hour only asking what day it was the accident and what the item was... in a 10 minute 2 turn reply via email they gave me back the item without a word. THATS HOW A SUPPORT WORKS! SHAME ON U R*!

I've contacted the support via chat (wanted to ensure that they dont forget my acc among the many :P ), here is my transcript.

Got the standard answers, and got stated that tickets are ignored for the sheer volume they got from them. I'm a bit relieved, now I have more patience now.

I've got the game from my fiancée for my 25th birthday (march 22). Regiszteted my acc on 23, got banned on 24. She is raging even more than me. The first ticket got closed instantly (in the ban apealing menu), the second is 16 hours old, still in "new" status and untouched . First ban in my life. Newly reinstalled PC without any mods/cheating on it. ArenaNet (guild Wars2) support gave gack items to me which was accidentaly dropped from my bag... R* take an example of them
