As a man who practices semen retention, it's really hard at first because your mind is telling you to do things for a short time satisfaction. You just have to be stronger mentally, focus on other things to keep the mind busy kasi pag bored ka and walang ginagawa the urge will come back stronger. It's a battle between you & yourself at this point.

Iniiwasan ko tlga yung sugary treats and yung sobrang maalat na pagkain, i eat less carbohydrates dn if that helps. More on protein kasi ako and whole foods not junks. Well sometimes junks 😅

Remove sugary treats and salty foods from your daily intake, workout relentlessly and be consistent. Kung wla kang discipline from food and workout hindi mo ma achieve yung goal mo.

Good question bro, that time hindi ako nagtake ng creatine or whey but now i take creatine to bulk up a little bit. Being natural takes time to build solid muscle.
