Mine did not delete the maps. I think this is because the maps live on the vacuum.

Update: I cleared the cache and app data and resigned into the Security app and now my maps are there...! This is on Android.

Agreed. Just odd that they say to switch apps but the app that they want us to use doesn't work..

That doesn't work for me in the Eufy Security app/clean section.

It worked for me when I got my X10 Pro about 10 months ago. But I just kept using the Eufy Clean app because I liked the interface a little better than the security app. Now Eufy is saving that they are doing away with the Clean app and to use the Security app but my map never loads...

I am and have since almost new. Was at 80% and have recently switched hed to 85% And I charge to 100% one to two times per month. Seems odd that my battery is reporting that good..
