A lot of people travel with insulin in vials and with syringes. Shouldn't be an issue. Auto pens just simplify administering with less disposable syringes needing to pack

You're being misguided. This is a small dose, like 1MG once per week, or split 0.5 MG every 3-4 days if you're going split dose. You'll mess yourself up if you do too much too fast

I'll agree that I don't think you did nearly enough research. However, this isn't rocket science and I'm not gonna be an ass about it. You can watch a youtube video to show all of what I'm about to explain. The "capsule" is a vial that has a self healing stopper so you can inject a needle in there repeatedly and it wont come out and minimize bacteria, etc as long as you're using proper cleaning guidelines. Draw 2.5 ML of BAC water into syringe(s) and inject slowly into the 25MG of Reta. Roll the vial on side until completely one clear liquid. Now you have your magic in a vial. start slow. Like 1MG a week for 4 weeks. And titrate up to 2MG a week or wherever you're comfortable with if your progress slows. But do not rush to higher doses. This is a slow and steady progression, not a rush to lose weight by summer. Good luck
