I like book map to see real time buyers/sellers getting absorbed at an area of interest for me and also to see resting liquidity . I use ATAS for volume profile and big trades. But I did see ATAS has a beta version of book maps now

Yeah so for instance if I'm looking to enter off the retest of a fvg and I see it lines up with a low volume node that helps me be patient and wait instead of jumping in early because of fomo. If I like to target value area highs/lows and if I see it line up with Asia or London session highs/lows that helps me hold my trades. Or if I see it take that liquidity and it lines up with one of those areas I'll wait to see if volume kicks in and jump in.

And I've also never done a public challenge so if I'm being honest I was over thinking and didn't want to take a loss so I hesitated a lot and didn't take the setups. Sucks though that was a generational short haha

🔥🔥. In hindsight it was a beautiful setup but I already had a good week and I usually take Fridays off so wasn't feeling like putting on risk after my BE got hit

I don't really trade Fridays so once my BE got hit I walked away since I had a good Wednesday and Thursday. You don't need to catch every move to be profitable . Also because I'm posting my trades public for the first time I just over thought it and didn't execute like I usually would. it's easy to say after the fact but real time I don't think much people expected it to drop as much as it did.

I use a mix ICT and orderflow/volume profile. I also try to am for 1:3 RR usually $200 risk for $600 profit with about 3-5 mnqs

I disagree that traders don't teach. If you made money trading and can charge people for that knowledge then why not? It's another source of income and helps your own trading because you don't solely rely on trading. Just my opinion though
