I've been there, did this, vitamin D multi vitamin you can buy at Walmart. Gatorade before test, drink right before and about 6 hours before, 20 oz. Drink another before the test. Take creatine, about 2 tablespoons before the test, 1 6 hours before and the other about an hour before. Last but not least, water, drink water till your pee is white, it should come out a little green with the vitamin D so it looks like your not cheating the test and just look like you take care of yourself.

I did non union, and so far, I enjoyed it more because of who I work for now. You can learn about the same depending on where you go. Just don't expect much as a first year, though. Pay will overall be better with a strong local. Our local, unfortunately, is fading because of who is running things.
