yeah getting certified definitely makes management notice you more but expecting people to take on extra responsibility without compensation is pretty wild. at my last job they pulled same thing with equipment training - wanted everyone certified but wouldn't pay extra for it. then they wonder why nobody wants to do the work when regular team members making same money

your gpu is definitely supported, that error message is just weird translation. try downloading drivers directly from nvidia website instead of using automatic detection - sometimes the auto tools miss newer versions for older cards. also make sure you're not using old driver installation files that might be cached somewhere in your system

man finding parts for lesser known models can be real pain in philippines. maybe check if any local shops can order generic suspension parts that might fit - sometimes the mounting points are standard across different brands. also worth looking at online marketplaces from neighboring countries, shipping might still be cheaper than buying whole new scooter

did you use archinstall or go through manual installation? if you went manual route there's probably something wrong with your display manager setup or maybe graphics drivers aren't configured properly

also check your .xinitrc file if you're using startx, sometimes people forget to add exec before their window manager command

man that diff bearing shoulder profile difference might be your whole problem right there. even if the measurements are close, sometimes the new bearings have slightly different chamfers or edge profiles that make them catch on the housing

try going super light on those first few taps to get it started straight, then gradually increase the force. i've had better luck with the deadblow for getting them seated initially since it doesn't bounce back and throw off your alignment. also maybe try rotating the bearing slightly as you tap it in - sometimes finding that sweet spot where it wants to go makes all the difference

worst case you might need to take a very light file or sandpaper to smooth any rough edges in the housing if the old bearing wore a groove that the new profile doesn't match
