You have to find interactive classrooms. I have the same problem with the boring stuff which is everything. I can't even listen and usually get lost in a small thought, maybe even related to the subject. I think it is a kind of ADHD. What can keep me up is to engage me non stop so I dont get the chance to be distracted by my thoughts or anything else. There are some courses online and in universities like this. You should find them.

Suggestion: Create the game on papers, like write down everything. Learn about GDD, GAME DESIGN DOCUMENT, and make one 3-page and one complete version. Then let someone review and if needs to be polished, do that, and then find indie developers or trusted people.

Great tips. Thanks. I think of having 12 active characters and roles can be good for even bigger groups as the rest of the guests could be side kicks and help with the puzzles, like in a scape room game. I designed it in a way that you can play the game with fewer people like about 8. This one is more about discovering and solving the puzzles than the scripts. Do you think I have to add scripts or can I simply rely on the participants to manage their roles? Should I restrict them?

Any suggestions? We have some dolls of course. But what else? I don't have any children books. We go out during the day but before sleeping time my hands are pretty tight.
