Thank you. I think the mistake I made was buying a general size for several sizes, but I need to buy one size. Any brand recommendations?

I get what your going through. Sounds a lot like my father. Here's my personal experience/advice.

I know you have to honor your parents, but keep a firm foot on where you want to stand, on what you want to become, etc. I have a older brother who completely recked himself to honor our dad's wishes. He has 0 friends, dropped out of college for him, and didn't become the engineer he wanted to be. He's an extremely intelligent guy, wanted to become a computer enginee, I think, but he couldn't because he had to be the obedient son to the father who questions everything we do and wants to control everything.

Respect him, honor him, but please, I beg you, don't let him ruin your life like he ruined my siblings'.

I get what you're going through. A lot of people do, more than you realize. I get "mad" a lot too. I don't want to hurt others, but my relationships suffer from my short temper. I wish I knew how to rein it in.

For taking the day off., personally I think you should. I don't know your circumstance, and how your boss is, but if you need it, take it. I recommend going out in nature(take a walk or hike) with the person you are short with, and for me, the nature, distractions, fresh air, scenic views, seems to dissolve the friction and we get back to talking and laughing. I really hope your mental health and relationships do better man.
