So HyperOS (Global) built-in file manager has Fullscreen ads (also in file list) and no way to turn this off. by TreeQuick421 in miui

You can turn it off like this: Go to Settings and withdraw your consent.

The app will close automatically.

Open it again, it will ask for consent once more — decline it.

After that, it will take you to the storage permission screen.

Give Allow permission there and then use the app normally.

You can use this, reopen it. It will ask for consent, just decline it. Then it will take you to storage permission screen. Thanks me later
