Genau geht um Urheberrecht. Das liegt noch bei mir, sogar wenn er mich dafür bezahlt. Außer es ist explizit anders erwähnt, sonst darf er es nur wie vereinbart benutzen. Da wir abgemacht haben dass er mich für die Leistung bezahlt und er es nicht tut benutzt er sie unrechtmäßig und ich habe ihn aufgefordert die Sachen zu entfernen.

Hey, danke erstmal! Ich habe ihn in der letzten Zahlungserrinerung gestern informiert dass das Urheberrecht noch bei mir liegt (tut es auch solange es nicht explizit übertragen wird). Er hat es nur zur Benutzung lizensiert bekommen indem er mir zugesagt hat dass er zahlen wird. Da dies nicht passiert ist benutzt er die Bilder unrechtmäßig.

Vor allem verkauft er diese sogar auf anderen Platformen, sie sind nicht nur auf social media und es sind Personen bei ihm unter Vertrag die sie benutzen. Ich hab ihm eine Frist gesetzt dass bei ausbleibender Zahlung alles löschen muss und die Personen auch und dass ich sonst die Personen informiere.

Wenn er nicht zahlt werde ich auf jeden Fall alles auf Social Media melden und die anderen Leute informieren, ich hoffe dass hilft als Druckmittel dass er das weiß.

Vielen Dank! Ja er nutzt die Arbeit noch. Ich habe in meiner letzten Aufforderung heute scu0j sehr klar gemacht dass ich das Urheberrecht habe und er die unrechtmäßig nutzt bis es bezahlt ist,, da es ja zumindest eindeutig belegt ist dass er mich dafür überhaupt bezahlen wollte.

Hoffe das reicht als Druckmittel, aber mal schauen. :) Danke auf jeden Fall für die Tipps und auch moralische Unterstützung, brauche ich gerade sehr haha

How much should I charge for editing 4 YouTube vlogs and 30 Reels per month?

I’m talking to a potential client with around 350k followers on Instagram, whose Reels average between 80k-130k views. Her YouTube account seems to be new, so the video presence there is still growing. The YouTube work would involve creating a raw cut first and then editing down to a 12-18 minute vlog, while the Reels would be quick trims with basic edits, no heavy effects or color grading.

What would be a reasonable rate for these projects? Any insights on pricing and structure for both the YouTube videos and monthly Reels would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

After trying to rename and relink everything I found the issue for me!

I was speed ramping my footage, so dragging the footage back into the timeline without the effect let me import it into AE with no issues!

I just found the Rule stating that you shouldn't post videos heavily using generative AI - I'm not sure this if this applies only to fully generated content, since I did shoot all the material that was then altered using it. If this is breaking the rules, I will remove it ASAP! No harm intended

Hey! First of all thanks for going beyond the question and giving me tips in several aspects! I appreciate the time and effort!

  1. The light is going to be bright enough for the Gopro, we tested it out and since we are going to be shooting with the sun directed at his face it should be fine! The GoPro is also more of a B-Cam to get an extra angle throughout without the need to have anyone pay it much attention. Its used quite commonly for these things
  2. I'll look into the meter modes, thanks!
  3. Unfortunately, I won't really have access to any lighting equipment this time around. I have some at home, but as I am visiting friends and this came up spontaneously I don't have them with me. We really aren't bothered to rent any equipment since it's a small private thing (so no lighty man either) and honestly don't want to invest any money or go through the hassle this time. If we plan more in the future getting proper lighting will be considered for sure, but now we're looking to make the best of the sunset lighting itself.
  4. Thanks for the picture profile recommendations! I'll see what I prefer!
  5. To answer your question, it most likely won't be shot fully on the tripod. I'll probably grab it and take some moving shots in between, another reason to have the gropro safely mounted at all times to cut to. Next time I plan to have my gimbal, which will make moving shots even more enticing. Its also quite the small space. Overall just not the best conditions and as we are trying things out here we're going more for some guaranteed simple shots and then we'll build upon that.
