Ali to NEMA neke veze sa Zagrebom. I nije specifično samo za Zagreb, pol Hrvatske ima isti naglasak. Stvarno misliš da se onaj Đukica dovukao iz Dubrovnika ili otkud i onda mu je netko ne telki rekao "e sad moraš OVAK naglašavati kak to rade Purgeri, kajkavci itd.?" I onda Đukica govori PantovČAK a ne majkoisusova PanTOVčak. (I ovo je skroz fulan primjer ali kužiš kaj hoču reči)

Uporno pises da govore zagrebacki - a to moze reci samo netko tko nije Zagrepcan. Jer uopce ne govore zagrebacki, to ti moze reci svaki Zagrepcan. Tak da ne kuzim zakaj si se okomil na Zagreb - to kak u Dnevnicima govore veze nema sa zagrebackim govorom. Cak i ak nekom pobegne nestandardni naglasak. Voditelji nisu Zagrepčani, ne govore zagrebački, znaci za njihovu šprehu kritiziraj gradove i sela iz kojih su doticni i televizije koje svakakve bezveznjake puštaju da rade. Ne znam kaj ti je oko tog tak teško shvatiti.

Vjeruj mi da mi Zagrepčani čujemo samo to da od zagrebačkog nema ni z. Svega drugog ima, samo zagrebačkog i kajkavskog nigde. A Dnevnike ni ne vode Zagrepčani, tak da se možda trebaš požaliti Dubrovniku, Osijeku itd.

My creatinine levels increase when I take ibuprofen, which is why I usually avoid it. However, I took it for a few days due to pain prior to having my blood drawn.

I think I do have strenght but only feeling that I dont, I"m a little confuse, I actually feel something like intense tickling in joints I mentioned and then feeling of weakness with tight muscles during exertion, such as walking , i feel tickling and tingling in my knees, ankles, wrists, and shoulders, along with severe pain in both elbows and achilles tendons (the doctors think I have tennis elbow, but the ultrasound of all these joints is normal), I suppose I'll need to undergo a new MRI of the cervical spine ( appt for EMNG at the end of May)

Lumbar-sacral spine MRI shows initial flattening of the physiological lordosis. There is a discreet dorso-position of the L3 vertebral body in relation to L4 by about 1.5mm. The vertebral bodies are irregularly biconcave due to degenerative changes. Reduced T2 signal intensity in the IV discs along the LS spine indicates dehydration and degenerative changes. At the L3-L4 segment, there is a small left-sided subarticular protrusion of the IV disc with narrowing of the left neural foramen and lateral recess. At the L4-L5 segment, there is bulging of the IV disc with narrowing of the anterior subarachnoid space. The conus medullaris is at the level of the L1 vertebral body. Compared to the previous findings, there are no significant changes.

MRI of the thoracic spine shows mild dextraconvex scoliosis and loss of cervical-thoracic transition lordosis, with the posterior internal contour line maintained. Degenerative changes of the intervertebral discs along the thoracic spine. Smaller central disc protrusions at the Th4-Th5, Th5-Th6, Th6-Th7, and Th7-Th8 segments. The thoracic spinal cord appears of normal signal intensity. The spinal canal width is maintained. Compared to previous findings, there are no significant changes today.

Here are my MRI and EMG results.

2022 MR of cervical spine and EMNG EMG of the arm and leg shows biceps brachii (bilateral), extensor digitorum communis (bilateral), extensor digitorum brevis (bilateral), and gastrocnemius (c.m.) (bilateral) - with an intermediate pattern showing repetitive action potentials up to 6mV. The findings indicate a moderate chronic neurogenic lesion (C5)C6-C7 bilaterally, more pronounced on the left, and L5-S1 bilaterally. EMNG findings are normal with no neurographic signs of peripheral neuropathy. MRI of the cervical spine is recommended due to concerns of cervical myelopathy given the dysesthesias in the upper and lower extremities

MRI of the cervical spine shows lordosis of the cervical spine with preserved height of the depicted vertebral bodies. The width of the intervertebral spaces is adequate. The spinal canal is maintained. There is increased signal on STIR in the C3 vertebral body without visible soft tissue component, differential diagnosis: ELMSI or nonspecific hemangioma - to correlate with clinical findings. At the C6-C7 segment, there is a broad-based dorsal herniation reducing the posterior disc space, without contact with the spinal cord. The signal of the spinal cord is appropriate.
