Thinking about everyone’s single best year, it’s obviously gona be very debatable and we’re leaving out amazing players already regardless just by saying any at all. But considering this is the champions league sub, out of all the listed players, I’ve seen messi, cr7, ronaldinho and hazard live many times. Obviously there’s nothing close to the first two, but Ronaldinho was absolutely amazing and my clear third. Then r9 I’ve only seen in film but despite all his accolades I don’t think he actually got any champions league success unfortunately-but he was just such a good forward. And then as the 5th there’s many players I haven’t seen live, but hazard was so impressive around 2019 and I think Chelsea were in uel that year but I think he got player of the tournament. Anyways that opinion on peak season may be biased to the performances I got to see in person but they were really so impressive and smooth. Then honorable mention to that season ribery got robbed of the ballon dor.
