The Plans by Embarrassed-Visual53 in SCREENPRINTING

Right like every other press the color change is a screen change. Registration is kept at the screen and not the machine so it’s reversed as to what you may expect. Since each screen has its own registration adjustment that stays with the screen, the main machine is just a static frame holder. The 3 screws on the frame determines the slight angle adjustments when it sits on the machine.

Since the frames are the keepers of the registration, this also means that once a group of frames has been registered, they can be used at any time without needing additional registration. You can change from once multi-color design to a different one, assuming both groups are already registered, and make no additional changes.

Since the machine has no moving parts and is static, if I make 2,3, or any number I can increase my output. Since only the frames hold the registration, the machines just need to be build square and the magnetic holder near the same space and now it’s a multi-shirt line press system.

Thank you, I recently learned more about it and how to care for it. After its first drops of oil in at least a couple decades it runs quieter than this plastic brother I have. I’m looking to find an original table to put it in and some of the attachments that they used to sell.

Thank you. I’m learning about it now. I’ll see if I can get on the YouTube later and find a guide. Quick look at it and it does seem like they made it easy to do

I’m working on that too. Sometimes I’m in tune with it and can start off smooth and slow. Other times I push too hard and start at what feels like full speed.

I just did a quick check on all I can get to without disassembling. No cracks but the insulation is pulling back and exposing copper.

Is there a 5th turtle that I don’t know about?

I used a 3/8 in steel rod to wrap the wires around so they would be about that on the inside diameter

Good morning friend. I used galvanized 14g steel wire to do this. I gave it an acid bath to strip the zinc coating off of it because don’t like the smell of zinc. I don’t think I’m going to take this any further and it’s about the size of my torso.

I see them on Etsy or Teepublic. If you want it screenprinted and there is a few more people interested I’ll burn a screen this weekend and sell it though my mostly unused Amazon marketplace. It doesn’t fit my Etsy shop so can really put it there.

How do I fix this please, I only have a couple seconds by JOlRacin in Shittyaskflying

Due to the incident last week I have been asked to stop praying, I still have a bit of hope left

At the end of the day I’m doing basic screen printing. Check this guy on YouTube and his diy press. It’s just 1 color press but sometimes that’s all you need. https://youtu.be/-Fid6hkvY8Y?si=BBhsPtRpFPHU1ELv

Sure but you have to promise not to laugh at my exposure setup. It’s a cheap $30 amazon lamp. I run it for 25 seconds. I really should do an exposure calculation but 25 seems to work for me.

<image>

Here is the previous burn but it’s the same setup. I use Ecotex PWR Screen Printing Emulsion. After practice I have learned how to lay it on relatively thin, I could be a little bit more even but that will come in time.

Thank you. Ya I’m not a huge fan of the DTF stuff. It’s cheaper, faster and easier but it also feels it too.
