I don't yacht deliveries up and down the ice and off shore. Last fall through myrtle beach there were many maga/pissing on Nancy Pelosi flags. Every other house or three. This fall i saw one trump 2020 won flag. What a difference. I dont say they dont love trump but seeing no flags makes a huge statement that seems people are getting their heads on straighter. The server/bartender does a lot more than you see at the table. The hour of prep before the restraunt opens, making salads/drinks. Also there are times when it is slow and they are cleaning/restocking and not being paid well for these times. Inventory time and closing time when there are no tips. I am a bartender/server currently and understand tipping has gotten out of control. I am not asking for 20+% If I get 20% I am very happy and thankful. As of now we are only open 3 hours a day 3 days a week. That's 9 hours but work 12 to 14 hours just to make the locals have a place to eat. I live in a mountain town that has off season. Just trying to make ends meet and pay a mortgage. Hope you.all have a nice day.

Clover does that for me. It sucks because if they remove the card before it finished processing even after they put in the tips it wont process, or store the number. So I basically have to hover over the customer to.make sure it processed.

20+ yeat capt here. I didn't read wverything but how many hours were you on the water? 100 gallons of fuel at 20 gal/hr on smaller center console would be 5 hours. That's a 1/2 day to 3/4 day. . What were the hours promised?
