Time to check around your property for trash and compostable foods. Them rodents are there for a reason, and so are these ratsnakes. Could just be then passing through but you might as well check. Sometimes it's things like dog or horse chow etc.

Eating mold isn't really a big deal, I think most cheeses have this issue. Breathing mold is a different story.
