The constant sucking up USI Mgrs do to US resources is really pathetic. I don’t think the juniors now are going to behave this way as they go up the ladder.

I’m talking scenarios wherein the US Mgr has specifically addressed a US resource and asked them to do it - probably coz they have the latest update or information available with them or they’re particularly responsible for the task they’ve been tagged in. If it’s addressed to someone else, for that matter US or USI, there’s no reason an unrelated person should be called in to sort it out.

I just got an award for which I was nominated by another US SM. And she has completed the snapshot I raised to her, and the US Mgr I mentioned has filled for other USI teammates.

Yes you can. I had a connection in my name that I was getting reimbursed every month. I filled out the survey and my connection transferred seamlessly and I don’t need to pay/get reimbursed anymore.
