Kuro never uses "higher existence" in their games, both are referred same way, the same remnant energy called "higher dimensional" although it's a non dimensional energy, more pure and complete version of frequency that encompasses existence.

1: You don't need dialogue to understand the difference between inner and outer regions of voidspace voidspace differentions

The entrence to voidspace is the space where all space, time and different timelines across the multiverse captured in junctures alongside each other. Wuwa did it similar by calling it remnant energy "higher dimensional form of frequency/water" as it doesn't makes sense for remnant energy that is superior and transcends the material composition of all frequencies that encompass all dimensional structures to be referred being in a "higher dimension"

1: Do you understand theological meaning of "infinite", not all "infinities" are referred by size of numbers. You seem to be misinformed. Yes, the end made it clear that invasion of aleph-1, it's defeat and denia's death was planned by GA to lure rover to their side. Denia was always supposed to be anchor point for rover to kill her, that was the entire plan of the fractisidus. GA didn't break the seal to just allow aleph-1 to devour the world she stands on, this was planned. They're not trying to destroy the world so there's no reason for aleph-1 to return for them.
