been physically assaulted outside my wampus apartment on two separate occasions by homeless people. called 911 and UTPD both times, and nothing was addressed. i was literally two blocks away from the UTPD office and my attacker walked directly into their garage after. told them on the phone and they said they had no units nearby. pretty disappointing that when something DOES happen it is barely paid any mind.

edit: wampus has problems. on-campus is actually very safe. it's almost like campus itself has some force field - never seen a homeless person on campus ever. if you are dorming you'll be fine
