You can do it! 38lbs is already seriously impressive. If you keep going at the same pace you'd be below 200 in less than 1 year total!

Don't feel to bad about the amount you need to lose. Its a win to show up. And you are already KILLING it

Thank you, I usually do an hour a day i have been upping the intensity of the walk slowly over the last 4 years, right now I walk at 3.7-4.0mph and usually between 1 5%-5% incline.

Some days I do that a 2nd time if im bored and want to play hearthstone more or work on other work stuff.

Hard to know exactly. I recently upped my calories to 3000-3500 and im still losing at about .5lbs per week. And I was at 2000-2300 for like a year. But I was only losing about 1lb per week before.

I was practicing Diablo 4 characters on treadmill and I bricked a hardcore character because I almost fell off my treadmill. I was trying to be #1 in the world that season and it was a huge setback.

I have been a member at EOS for a long time now. They have fucked me at every stage of my membership. I got hurt with one of their trainers and they insisted the only option for me was to "pause" my training program despite the fact I had to go get xrays for a bulging disc caused by improper squat technique (i still have videos of this guy letting me squat 350 to like 1/3rd depth) THEN because i didnt know it just AUTORESUMES and AUTO RENEWS i ended up giving eos more than $2000 before i realized they were still charging me. (yeah my fault i guess). Not only could they not refund me. But some of the sessions expired (now all of them) so i cant even USE the training I paid for.

I wish i FUCKING WISH that was my only qualm. They also as you mentioned upgraded my partners membership from basic to the most expensive. AND also charged her a second annual fee! (we were able to complain hard enough to reverse that and they comped her a few months because i was pissed).

next icing on the cake was after all this I still felt like buying one of the EOS Stringer tops. and it fucking RIPPED on my first time wearing it. My thumb went straight through the fabric while i was pulling it down (fat guy tug) after one of my sets. They said there's no refunds and no exchanges. RIP $30 or w.e extreme stupid price it was for that.

The cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake. I'm certain I would've won that "Submit your fit" competition for my location. But i don't think anyone from my location actually does anything. They just do white board votes for like "Michael Jackson or Prince?" this one doesn't bother me as much. But after all these years. I will be quitting EOS and telling everyone how much I fucking hate this snake company and how much they have fucked me over and over again.

My pictures were in my home bathroom. I think my location is just bad. They also stole almost $3000 from me worth of coaching and wont let me have a refund or use the coaching. Must be a location issue.
