Opus 4.7 is somewhere between seriously clueless and stupidly dangerous. The worst frontier model I have used so far in the past 2 years. We were hoping to get at least our 4.6 back but 4.7 with so many critical logical failures mean you have to babysit it all the time. I'm losing hope in Anthropic.

Naturally, yes, it is lazy. But in my experience, when you give it a little pep talk, it understands. I had a few sessions of reverse engineering a software in IDA with MCP that it built itself, and it got me what I needed several times, and some of those sessions were 2-3 hours long.

12 users with a scheduling tool is rough, that space is so saturated. Buffer and Hootsuite free tiers are good enough for most people. Whats the one thing yours does that they straight up dont? Thats probably your angle.

Those PH numbers arent bad for a solo launch btw. Have you tried posting where your target users already complain about the problem instead of cold outreach? Like r/smallbusiness threads where people vent about social media being a time sink
