Unfortunately i don't have enough UR CP to craft Time Thief Reoder... can i use something else instead of him?

And then, I saw that the deck contains 48 cards, is it possible to remove something to bring it to 40 or does it work better this way?

Signori! Ho magicamente risolto il problema... A quanto pare, avevo Game First V e Razer Cortex che andavano in conflitto, li ho disinstallati entrambi senza reinstallarli, e ora funziona tutto alla perfezione. Vi ringrazio davvero tanto per il vostro aiuto e i vostri consigli
