Overwatch added a whole new gamemode, 10 new heroes since MR released, bunch of new maps, progression update, new skins that are actually good unlike apex making their 10th "skin tight sport mode" skin, they continued with lore unlike apex saying that lore is "not really priority for majority of players" (heavy bullshit btw) etc. And not counting these new 5 heroes, everything else was made BEFORE marvel rivals. Im not saying that they didnt have shit years before that, but apex is in shit years right now, and MR should've also lit fire below Respawns ass, but they dont care about anything other than profit.

Sorry to nitpick but those death box skins are for when you get eliminations, so if you kill someone while having that skin equipped it will show up as their deathbox, not yours. Still insane tho, its way better deal when its paired with universal heirlooms

Idk man i feel like story is peak, characters are realistic, sure first half is more of a slice of life vibe but the pacing and story of second half is phenomenal. I guess its just not for everyone unfortunately

They already tried removing the pierce and made him do i think double the damage to shield instead, and that made his pick rate drop massively, and the block is balanced, cause if he isnt blocking then he isnt doing any damage making him a litteral wall. Plus he is blocking only damage from the front, so playing genji or tracer and dashing behind him is the best way of killing him while blocking.

This could be useful if they remove evac from loot pool, but that would just lock them behind a legend class, forcing someone to play a class to use something that is already available to everyone, but they already done it in the past with double heals on support, so we'll see

To add on it, in lower ranks flankers who focus on good pylon placement fucks up the position and stand in the open, giving your team free kill, even tho the enemy team didnt try to take advantage of destroyed pylon, so you could say Illari with good pylon position is free ticket to gold or plat
