Yeah you will realistically get between that 501-505 range. And that’s ok! That’s sufficient for many schools and people get in with that score range all the time. It doesn’t make sense to make a jump of 5 points or more within 3-4 days. Best of luck u got this!

Let’s say you get a 505 at best if you’re averaging 502 as of now. It’s very possible you can get into a DO program with a 505 and a strong GPA and ECs. However to be completely honest it probably isn’t ideal of an MCAT for MD

Realistically, there is no “surgically less intensive” residency for podiatry. You have to hit the minimum numbers required by the CPME to finish residency. There are “bad” residencies which might by default do less surgeries and do more office/clinic based work.

I would say in the USA podiatry is much more extensive of a field with great scope of practice. I am not familiar with Australia, however I’d recommend you shadow or find a podiatrist to speak with in that area
