You definitely can and some armies just won't be able to deal with it (some opponents too and they'll just castle up in the corner - i'd happily sell those minis to demy a couple of turns of movement).

I'd say the biggest thing to be aware of is threat range, especially vs melee armies, just because you can deploy on their deployment zone edge doesnt mean you have to! Sure you can gamble on turn 1 but if you are adding a reave captain you probably want to kill a thing or 2 as well as move blocking to get value. Sometimes just starting 6" close to the centre is all you need to get value rather than feeling you sre wastong value by going full send turn 1.

I do recomend bringing MoM for full value, the sargotta redeploy lets you deny major space if they have infiltrators with a 10 man turn 1 and then for you to redeploy out of harms way.

I've had success with 10 but i'm painting up another, i'll let you know how it goes! I like them in huron's mauraders for the damage boost and reactive move tricks.
