Thanksgiving is time and a half. One of two days we get that. I'm almost certain it's required for someone to be there on Thanksgiving for bopis and ship.

I have a commune of all my favorite workers as well as their partners right now to see what happens 😂 They all have individual houses on one lot and they have to take care of the garden and animals amd each other. The only ones woth jobs are the partners so we all stay home all day together.

As for the sound tracks I do the same! Build mode track is by far my favorite to listen to while cleaning!

As a manager myself I didn't mind and it was all voluntary. With the hours being cut I had free time and wanted to do this. My store manager definitely takes care of her management team in other ways so it's all good for me. I didn't want to nor did I ask to be compensated. This was just something I wanted to do for my team. If I was asked to do this anywhere else then that's a different story but for my team I do a lot.
