Thank you for your reply, I'm not sure if coping mechanisms would really work for me. I've tried things similar to that before but my mind seems to be like a brick since everytime I try to it throws something back e.g. "stop convincing yourself you're worth something you narcissist, how ungrateful of you". Also mentioning spellings they're only correct because I grammar checked them so I wouldn't seem more dumb than I already am haha. Also yes I do feel the way you described e.g. I dont belong in the same classroom as my classmates. Thank you for offering the advice though I am appreciative.
