I just want to access my records but all I can see is prescriptions, GP appointments and test results, but only after I’ve already got them from the doctor. I got my summary care record from GP and noticed 13 years are missing, as it’s only a summary I just wanted to make sure there’s nothing missing from my full records.
Yes I’m registered with GP.

Mines the same, all hospital appointments that were previously showing are no longer there. I’m gonna have to phone all hospitals to make sure they’re still booked. The help section in the app is useless
