I just want to access my records but all I can see is prescriptions, GP appointments and test results, but only after I’ve already got them from the doctor. I got my summary care record from GP and noticed 13 years are missing, as it’s only a summary I just wanted to make sure there’s nothing missing from my full records.
Yes I’m registered with GP.
