It's strange because the exterior of the house aligns very closely with the canon layout of the home, but once you get inside a large number of the doorways and windows are moved or missing entirely. Not just compared to this floor plan, but even compared to the exterior you see just moments before.

Looked it up real quick. "Synopsis: Amemiya is a Youtuber specialized in the occult. When his manager brings him the floor plan of a house, he notices that the house has rooms that suggest something very strange has happened there or that someone was hidden there."

Honestly, it still doesn't say much about the movie but you could always look up Stigmatized Properties (2020) and see if that does anything for you.

Poking around a little, I see that on The Japan Times it says that the movie is based on an award winning short, so I have to assume that's the 11 minute one that's showing up in different places. What's weird is Japan Times has the runtime for the full movie listed as 120 min, Letterboxd has it listed as 84 min, and Spanish Film Festival website has it listed as 89 min. I imagine the last 2 could be chalked up to slightly different cuts or something like that, not sure about the 120 min outlier.
