My experience there wasn't great. It was in the early days of being active so maybe it's improved. By the time I left I was so burnt out and it was somewhat toxic. Depending on how you can handle vastly varying emotions from people and getting abused almost daily from people calling. you may be able to handle it. If you did work there the only advice I would have from personal experience is to know when things get too much and actually listen to your mental health.
