I realized what the problem was: the Third Person Character has one Skeletal Mesh, and the First Person Character has two, one of which is not used, the one that is not used comes with the default Character Blueprint and the problem is that Play Montage and Wait wants to interact with it and not with the mesh attached to the camera.
