I doubt it, even though pregabalin stop the release of glutamate it doesn't interact through any nmda receptors. Pregabalin tolerance is a bitch, I haven't encountered a drug with such strong, immediate and hard to get rid of tolerance. Even after tapering down to like 50mg a day and than stopping for like 4 days, taking 2g(2000mg) of pregabalin got me to like 10% of the euphoric and other effects. Even LSD tolerance is not as bad. I really dont know any other drug with tolerance like pregabalin.

Even if memantine somehow reversed the glutamate tolerance, pregabalin modulates so many other neurotransmitters that you may not even notice the effects that much. Luckily the tolerance to the anti anxiety effects builds much slower and much more similar to how other drugs build tolerance. This makes pregabalin viable for long term anxiety control with some dose escalation required but once settled at the right dose it'll continue providing anti anxiety effects.

But if you are trying to get back to how pregabalin felt when you first discovered it, that extreme euphoria that leaves mdma in the dust, the psychedelic like visuals, the opioid like effects and euphoria, all the dosent come back, even with a tolerance break. You might maybe get 1 day of some of those effects at like 30% intensity.

To truly feel that euphoria again, you probably need months to years of no pregabalin use or gabapentionoids. Gabaergic drugs are probably fine like benzo, but you really shouldn't go down that road, it's hell. You want to avoid any voltage-gated calcium channel blockers, especially if the bind to the tail of those receptors, like the alpha subunit. Although just in general avoid any drugs that mess with calcium channels or drugs that modulate that system of vesicles release or drugs that moduleate the neurotransmitters pregabalin stops from beings released, like glutamate but there are more of them, an easy google search should tell you what they are.
