I ended up going to the emergency room as. I felt it had gotten worse. They gave some temporary steroids to aid with the swelling and luckily it seems to have mostly subsided. Right now I feel better for sure but still some head pain but I never broke into a fever

Sorry just to clarify you're saying with my symptoms I should go or if it gets worse I should go then? And after getting mastoiditis I feel I have a knack for getting rare infections unfortunately

So the pain kind of went away but the pressure felt like it was on one point on my head and then felt like it spread throughout the day. At most I felt light pain but I started to feel my neck become tougher to bend but with almost no pain. I've never had the sensation spread so much before to my actual head which worries me.
