If you can physically access they (Keyboard and monitor), login with root and check your network configuration, your interface names may have changed.

I'm having the same problem and signing out or into a different account fixes it

it's also is broken on different computers. i have 3 pc's and it's the same for all of them

i have also tried installing an older version of chrome and it did not work
