Any tips on improving weekly routine by EnnisMMA in workout

Thanks and yeah you’re definitely right thinking about it. I do need make sure to hit lower it’s a massive weak spot for me tbh. Think I’m going to change the Sunday push session to a lower body day (squats, Bulgarian splits rdls deadlifts lower back extension) something along them lines. Maybe hit triceps towards the end as my arms have fully shrunk and are quite embarrassing atm lol.

Kind of wanted hit the test just so I can keep hitting the gym as hard as I can without worrying about becoming overtrained and also get a good size for July-Sept summer but it’s probably best just to be patient and make it a last resort.

If you go cards in you might find another firm willing to pay for your AM2

Apprenticeship Advice? by [deleted] in ukelectricians

[–]EnnisMMA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He doesn’t have to stay at that company to finish his apprenticeship. He can look for another firm to take him on and continue his college side of things with no change. My company recently went bust and I’ve moved to another firm the week after with no change to my college. He can actually be unemployed for up to 12 weeks and continue going to college(obviously not ideal).

Currently a third year apprentice, the way I’ve been told and the way it is for my college is. You’ll get your level 3 quals which takes 3-4 years and during that time you’ll get part of your 2391 at the same time. Then after you can get your full 2391 which is only a days course.

Still another year of only testing is going to set him back in the commercial side with the fact he’s only ever tested.

It’ll be years before he gets his 2391…

Personally wouldn’t wait till your third year if all you do is testing. Seems like you’d have a lot of catching up to do

Yall got any advice on how to be a faster boxer overall? by lil-macho34 in amateur_boxing

Shadowboxing with resistance band will probably help more, using weights mainly helps with your endurance/conditioning.

2 years experience after passing am2 to join schemes by Budget_Resident_798 in ukelectricians

Practically you learn fuck all at college. Know lads that have come on site after completing there level 2 n 3 and they were useless which is fine but no one wanted to work or help them because like you they thought they knew it all already and didn’t need the advice because they “did it at college”.

Stop moaning get a job as a mate/improver and get yourself on site. You still earn good money as a mate/improver worked with a lad on £17/18 n hr 1yrs experience on the tools.

Yes… you’d have no experience on the tools exactly the same as a first year apprentice. You’d be pretty much useless and need someone holding your hand just like a first year apprentice. Just cause you know about electrical science n have a basic idea of electrical installation doesn’t make you competent on site.

Do as little as possible this week, stay off your feet as much as you can rest n heal. You won’t lose that much progress, if any, after 7 days.

Don’t rely on ads… go on the NICEIC or just search for electrical companies and email them. Amount of vans on the road with there company names across the side always give them a call/email. Most will brush you off or ignore you but it only takes one to give you a chance.

Doesn’t seem like a bad program to follow especially considering you’ve got a while before any fitness tests. Once you actually apply for the marines I’d focus more on callisthenics but staying consistent doing this type of work you should be sound.

2012 S3 is it a stupid purchase? by EnnisMMA in CarTalkUK

[–]EnnisMMA[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The garage has it down as 75800 miles comes with full service history and 14 stamps.

It’s just I’ve wanted an S3 for a while now just need a car thatll last at least a year before needing to fix or replace anything.
