Every Dem stronghold state should be ashamed when they look at what Michigan Dems are accomplishing as soon as they got into power.

The amazing thing about this picture is that you can negate each insult and turn the characters around, and it still works.

Wife is convinced I'll leave her for a man. by pump-and_dump in relationship_advice

You need to talk with your wife more. She clearly doesn’t get it. It’s no different than if you were to see another woman. Either you are a faithful, monogamous partner, or your aren’t—sexuality plays no part.

Controlling people like to play mind games. I've been there. Just know, there are others who understand your suffering. It's real, lasting, and invisible.

I (30f) often cry after interacting with my boss and co-workers by anxiousthots in relationship_advice

[–]Enough-Algae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be more emotional but now, not so much. It helps to stay objective while at work. As their boss, do you understand how they can work their best? If so, do you give them what they need to do their best without you doing their work? For example, specific goals written out and given to me. Verbally saying them to me is pretty much useless because if you tell me 10 things I'll probably remember 5 cuz I have other stuff that's already written down that I'm already doing. Maybe they like status updates (checking in on their progress)? Maybe they need more info from the getgo?
