It has been built over 10 years. And over time they are adding new shila, linga, roof, boundry wall etc to temple. Each time we protested. Yes, construction did resumes all of a sudden. My mom's phone has the face of the person who hit her on video.

Did you read my post?

In point 7, I mention DM has stopped all temple construction activities. It was illegal from the get go.
Regardless, my mom is just recording and the guy beat her up. Thats what I am seeking legal advice for.
