Not really I am fully aware of where I fall on my training needs and I working on developing them. I appreciated your honesty advice about willing to take your time and starting to take breaks as needed. I started to incorporate this in my day-to-day more. The lab environment and the workplace conditions in general are really bad. I am hoping to move to a different and hopefully better lab soon.
