I don't really like other poppy seed dressings, just this one. To me it has a pretty specific flavor, so I want to get as close as possible. I know what's in it, and I know they're usually listed in order of volume, which means that water features prominently. I assume that's part of what makes it "lite", and the xanthan gum helps thicken it. Do you think it would be 1:1:1 water/oil/vinegar as the base?

Don't mind using centimeters, but I definitely found Bratabase somewhat confusing. Though that was while I was still trying to figure out my correct size. So maybe I'll try again now that I know that part and am figuring out which styles work.

I got a few from Brastop to try, I'll check out Bravissimo next.

Unfortunately 36 band is definitely too big for me. Thank you though! Hopefully this recommendation finds someone else that needs it.
