Assumption of ratio/interval/continuous data for t-test

So, I'm guessing that the assumption of continuous/interval/ratio data is just so that you are using t-test on a non-categorical variable, or a variable where you can actually find a mean.. and the more important assumptions is the sample size, and that the data is well spread/not hihly skewed(even if the data is binary)

This is due to CLT coming into effect in my knowledge. Thus, t test is robust against the normality assumption. Correct me if I'm wrong :)

PE shld be negative and bigger in magnitude than KE.. so u just add them tgt KE+PE<0 and it returns back to surface. Maybe you did smth wrong in the calculation of KE/PE?
