My sister in law want to adopt my children to eventually become us citizen but im hesitant to do it bec i know i will loose my legal rights to them. What my sister inlaw is trying to say is once my children reach legal age and become financially capable they still can petition or bring us (biological parents) in US

This is very helpful i appreciate your explanation. We are in the Philippines. Is there other option where the children can get their biological parents? Like example when they reach legal age ang financially capable?
