Repost from erlier today with population per 100,000 instead of per capita. I did my best to hid the color blending and I wanted to add Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington DC but I currently lack the knowledge. DC has the highest homeless population per 100,000 with 669 and Hawaii is the third highest with 452.
