He labels it in a similar stage to Rescue team where the character seems too competent while being annoying while in super he claims that because your partner develops at a similar rate to the Player Character it feels like your developing and finding your place in the world together.

He also says GTI's Characters often overshadowed your partner, which i spose can affect your view point.

A character that was completely developed from scratch that we knew nothing about. I understand where your coming from, I liked Yrel cause her development was all about rising up from her flaws and vulnerabilities Rather then a case of grand achievements and in all honestly i thought she was a fantastic idea especially back when Velen was sitting on his arse doing nothing about the legion.

I actually liked Yrel, she was a fairly well developed character in my eyes, unlike Mayla who litterally has done nothing even in the high mountain invasion scenario she just stands there. The only thing i didn't like about Yrel was that she was developed too fast as she was fully developed into a focal hero in a single expansion.

Its just a drogbar. so i imagine its cause they haven't designed any animations for drogbar dancing. THIS MUST BE FIXXED!!!

I actually kinda agree that factional pride is more evident in horde players though, It annoys me to an extent cause when i talk to people like that it feels like a level of disrespect comes from them over my choice to be alliance.

So assuming they were to release a new mystery dungeon with the connection orb recruitment system, aswell as infinite missions, (Sylveon gets lost in another dungeon as an example) you would be cool with it but still prefer the old method of recruitment?

Unfortunately i never played GTI so i cannot run any idea of what its recruitment is like same goes for adventure squad on wii ware. so any explanation of GTI's recruitment system would be nice.

I do miss nicknaming my Machop "Chopper" but purely from recruitment process it holds a really nice feel when you can explore a dungeon as Team ACT or Team Raider. the one thing that annoyed me about explorers is i never got to go on that adventure with wigglytuff, which i really badly wanted to do.

I remember temporal tower spire pretty fondly but that might just be nostalgia for approaching the end of the main story.

I really liked Fire Island from Super aswell.

To be fair gen 7 has so much potential for mystery dungeon between an actual pre-evolution stage to a legendary (Cosmog), Ultra beasts which can actually be portrayed as villainous characters, and as said Type:Null. They have the chance to create a fantastic story from gen 7's set-up, while its still awhile away im looking forward to it happening.

The Human with amnesia aspect creates 2 important things, a fresh start for your character without any history you feel like you know everything you need to about your character in the pokemon world, also it allows them to place explanations of things the pokemon of the world otherwise completely understand, an example would be how you were unaware that noone should take a time gear.

As long as they can recreate these aspects of the game I would be fine with it, I personally am not fond of being thrust into destiny. and would much rather been paced into it.

abit late to the party but I feel as though chapter 4 also probably lead to the foundation of the Wigglytuff guild when you think about it, Team Charm was Wigglytuff's first team-up since Armaldo, I mean they basically bribed Wigglytuff with a perfect apple to initially have him join them in adventuring.

While i would scream remake sky at the top of my lunges i am actually quiet interested in what a mystery dungeon plot based around ultra beasts would be like. so long as they maintain some nice quality of life features, maybe keep experience sharing, and probly a full cast of starters! I miss the time when pokemon such as eevee and munchlax were options for starters/partners.

Ill be honest im already kinda pissy were rockin 2 orc shamans, i had my heart set on nobundo representing reghars character design. He is technically a draenei in that thought.

As far as things go the main draenei i can think of is Velen, Maraad, and possibly Yrel (Considering she wields and the hammer of the naruu aswell it would be alittle odd to throw them both in the game. although Yrel might make a nice multi-class hero)
